School board recognizes students

The regular meeting of the Iowa Park CISD Board of Trustees commenced last week honoring high school rotary students and volleyball players.
Seniors Jayce Esquivel and Lauren Birkbickler were recognized as Rotary Students of the Month. Seniors Mikayla Miller, Campbell Brown and Bethany Blackwell were recognized for being awarded Volleyball Academic All-State.
Concerned parent Matthew Lewis then addressed the board about the absence of a high school wrestling team.
